AICP Sponsor Reel 2017

In this collaboration with Taylor James, I animated short scenes for 2017's AICP Sponsor Reel. This "exquisite corpse" of a reel follows the journey of a ball, plucked from the letter "C" of the AICP logo. The result is an eclectic display of artistry and ideas brimming with vitality, with contributions from dozens of artists.

The scenes I designed and animated as a solo artist are the pinball scene, the boba tea scene, and the palm trees scene. An additional scene depicting a pixel art rendition of Chicago was cut from the final.

Apart from my individual scenes, I also animated guides as a rough layout for the ball's movement which other animators followed.
